Dithapelo is a word from the Sesotho language — often translated as prayers, but it is more than a religious invocation. It embodies our wishes, aspirations, gifts, and blessings. It reflects the dreams we hold for ourselves and the collective hopes we carry for our communities.

Dithapelo Group is an organisation founded to bridge the digital divide affecting educators, learners, and local economies through intentional, community-centred solutions.

We profoundly believed in the power of collective effort and the transformative potential of shared experiences — of people, place, and possibility. At the heart of everything we do lies two guiding philosophies:

Ubuntu — which teaches us that our humanity is interwoven. That we rise only when we lift others with us.
